Memorialized

Hey there. Hope this Memorial Day finds you in good form. I had a very busy but productive vacation. Lots of work got done around the ol' homestead, with the help of my parents. I have two shiny new storm doors, a motion sensor light over the garage door, and an overhauled and cleaned up front yard. Now, the little weed patch term really only applies to the back yard. I spent the afternoon at an alpaca farm, hanging out with a friend from Cornell and some other assorted people. True story.

So, back to the office tomorrow. Damn. I'll try to resist the temptation to post at work (again).

Sounds like a great way to honour our fighting men and women. Somehow though I still have a hard time imagining you in a real house that isn't a unabomber-style shack. You know, with like windows and electricity.

You can go poop in the woods, vegan boy. I enjoy the modern comforts of life, like DVD players and toaster ovens. Mmmmm, toast.

You make toast in your toaster oven?

If Anita and I went to an alpaca farm, I'd have to seriously put my foot down to keep her from bringing one or two back with her. I have this creeping fear that the minute we move into a place with a decent back yard, she's going to fill it up with a herd of goats or something.
