Thunderstorms in November.
Man, that just ain't right.
In other news, I entered a new link in the links section - not another friend's blog, but a cool resource I just discovered. Rocwiki is the community-run portal to all things Rochester. I wanted to know what restaurants are at the Village Gate, and I found out on Rocwiki. Cool.

Wow. That's far more than I need to know about Rochester. The mind boggles.
There are o thunderstorms here. It is really weird. And the news always is talking about upcoming storms, and its barely raining (atleast to my Sorrycuse experience of what rain is).
Rain in Syracuse is... a foregone conclusion (rimshot!).
I was reading a book a while back which quoted a government surveyor's journal from around 1820 (before the canal and the salt mines) on the subject of Syracuse. He wrote that it was "so desolate an owl would weep to fly over it."
Some things never really change.
